Since March 2013 we, Sandra & Nilla, have owned and operated our dream restaurant. Since our paths first crossed in 2001, we have had a clear view in mind of how a restaurant should be run, from friendly staff to locally sourced ingredients. We both have a solid knowledge in the café and restaurant industry. One with a passion for food and the other for baking, we believe that what we are offering is something unique, nothing has been forgotten, from the home baked baguette on the buffet, quality ingredients in the soup to the vanilla sauce on top of the raspberry pie! What's great when you are two, is that we can constantly evolve and push ourselves to become better, twice as many creative ideas, twice as fast!
